Awesomeness in country-restaurant-ness This is pretty much your typical country restaurant - great food, awesome surroundings, friendly owner/staff, and did I mention the great food? The pizza, in particular, is amazeballs, but frankly, so is everything else. It’s ideal for the pleasant summers in the area, but when the weather turns cold, the inside is really quite cozy - in a “this used to be my uone” kinda way 🤗

Great dinner outside, beautiful sunset. Food was excellent, service was ok. Table that came in after us got their water and wine before they even asked us.

Great food - classic dishes and pizza - old school charm - small inside and out but basically unchanged over the 11 years I have been there - now the Gufo is closed you have Restaurant 7 or L’Ape - both excellent but on different levels in terms of offering and price.

Food is delicious and the service perfectly but the atmosphere is not so good. Missing music and the guests 2 behaved badly. Better to eat outside. But the food is perfect

L'ape Regina is such a cute restaurant! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty food. Their semifreddo as well as their pizza was excellent!
It was the most delightful restaurant, lovely ladies who owned it and superb food!

Veramente una gemma. Trovato per caso, cercavamo una pizzeria aperta tornando da Orvieto verso Castiglione del Lago. Pizza sottile, rettangolare, croccante e ben condita con ingredienti di qualità e del territorio. Atmosfera familiare rilassata, in un giardinetto di campagna semplice con una bellissima vista su Monteleone d’Orvieto. Prezzi ottimi. Veramente un posto molto carino. Consigliatissimo!
